I am wondering what are various methods we all use for our first meeting with customers. I am wondering if I can tweak my presentation more to give the customers a better impression of me the first time we meet and thus win more business. I usually give them my card and we discuss their ideas for remodeling. I dont leave a flyer or pamplet or anything. I am wondering if I should do that. I usually suggest they go to my site, which I try to keep updated. Also dress code. I am usually in Jeans or shorts with a polo and my company hat. Any opinions here? Does anyone have a speech they rattle of while meeting with the customers to point out how they are better than all the other guys out there? And I know what you all are going to say "take off the scarf" so they can see your pretty beehive.
