Hello to all, Im glad I found this site. I was just wondering if anyone here is familiar with the book "roof framing" by Marshall gross ???? And if so, the part of the book that I wish was a little clearer is about the rules. Does anyone know if he has any other books out there? And if not does anyone know of a book or video that covers this type of material. Thanks for any help. Just to let you know i am a commercial framer but I wouldnt mind framing a few homes. Or at least have the know how to do so.
I wish I could help more, but I havent read the book.

Is there anything in particular that you would like to discuss?

First off joe, thanks for responding. And to answer your question well yes. In the book Roof Framing Mr Gross discusses rules on general layout (pertaining to roof layout rules) and I would like just a little more clarification of the rules and or some illustrations so that I might get a little more understanding. And I have orded those books from the library. Thanks again.
