The Breakfast 'Special'

Today was planned in advance on being a 'run-around' day, - - so I figured I'd start off with a breakfast down at the local town restaurant. The hot-lookin' waitress comes over to take my order, - - so I tell her what I want, - - she writes it all down, then says, "I'll tell you what, I'll give you the special", - - I says "OK, great, - - but just let me finish my meal first" !! :lol: Oh man, - - I kill me!! :lol:


P.S. And now you also understand the 'run-around' reference!! :lol: Uh-oh, here comes my favorite wife!! :lol:

Yeah, she just laughs and rolls her eyes, - - she knows I'm just kiddin' around, - - she's not the jealous or underconfident type, - - besides, - - she's rarely 'untied' long enough to complain!! :lol:

Besides, - - my Mother-in-Law is always telling me how much 'longevity' her side of the family has, - - so I come back and tell her yes, your daughter will probably die a 'natural' death, - - STRANGULATION!! :lol:

Though it might be pretty hard to stand in front of a Judge someday, - - with my hands still 'locked' in a choke-hold, - - and try and convince him I didn't do anything, - - it's just my ARTHRITIS actin' up again!! :lol:

P.S. M.I.L. rolls her eyes the exact same way, - - obviously not my fault, - - must be hereditary!! :lol:

Keep in mind, - - I also give her a lot of compliments, - - like, - - "Come closer, babe, - - 'cuz next to me, - - you're the GREATEST"!! :lol:

Her only fault is she must have a slight malfunction in her 'wiring', - - because when she nags a lot, - - no matter how much I point-and-click the 'remote' at her, - - it doesn't turn her OFF!! :lol:

The waitress this morning asked me if my toast was too burnt, - - I told her "no, I feel like I'm right at home"!! :lol:
