Foundation Estimating in Southern California

I'm planning on doing a 500 sq. ft. raised floor addition to my house. I plan on subbing out the demo and foundation but doing the rest myself. The demo would involve a concrete porch and a walkway.

I was wondering if anyone knows how much I should expect to pay for the demo and foundation?
