Hello all, I'm new here and would like to get a rough estimate for a 15x45 addition (single floor), I'm planning to demolish the whole deck add a french door and add a sun room with big windows..I measured it at 675/sq ft and I will split this room, one side is the sun room and the other a home theater(no windows)..currently shopping for contractors..also they have to "raise" one side of the roof for this..thx in advance for replies.
