I will be installing a perforated drain tile around the perimeter of the house foundation.
My question is what is the minimum/maximum drop in inches per foot for having good drainage ?
Thanks

I don't have the exact specs but I think it's between 1/8" to 1/4" per foot. A quarter bubble or so on your level.

Thanks Sparks.
That sounds good to me. I will probably be closer to the 1/8" per foot. But I guess thats better than no drop at all...right ?
I just want to get as much water out to daylight as soon as possible.
Thanks again.

Yeah, it doesn't take much slope for water to flow. Of course too much slope is not a good thing either.

Thanks. I agree on that. My biggest problem is I worry too much. I just want to make sure its done right.
Thanks again.
