Why the interest rates are different in different states?

Can we save money via borrowing the money from the bank in other states?

The bank being in another state probably won't make as much difference as how much a bank wants your mortgage. Shop around. Mortgage rates have more to do with the local market, the house, your credit, etc., than where the bank is located.
