I think I have it figured out but I'm not 100% Sure. I'll be happy to e-mail who ever my filled out copy if need be.

That's damn near exactly what we use for all our subcontractor billings. What do you need help with?
Go ahead and email it to me with whatever questions you have.

Ours is modified for language at the bottom is about the only difference. We actually use that one for owner billings also.

Right on.. we call ours the "Modified" aia document.. hah.
