any approx. idea what a 15' x 15' addition on block foundation, stick framed, vinyl siding, would run per sq. ft.?
real ballpark. just seeing if something is do-able.

That's a major league superdome :shock: ....we might be able to get down to a little league park IF you can tell us a little more, like:

Is there a kitchen involved?
Bathroom?
Laundry Room?
Other major plumbing or electrical?

This is very ballpark Florida prices...which are high I think.

15x15= 225 sqft.

Figure an average of $100 a sq/ft.

$22,500

Might be lower and it might be higher. But most contrators seem to charge about $100 a sq/ft.

BUT...don't forget the other costs; permits, demo, drawings, etc.
