View Full Version : Maple Dresser and Shelves
Well I'm finally spending some time on the changing table / dresser that I've been working on for way too long. All I have left are to install 2 drawers, face 2 shelves, install the 2 tops, and then finish it. I'll take some pictures of it tomorrow (incomplete) and post them here.
The wife likes it so I guess it's alright...haha.
Well I got the rest of the drawers set and the top cut to size. So here is a picture of what I have so far.

That looks Great!
....Nice photoshop affect on the background too :)
haha.. my garage is pretty small so when I'm working on a project it gets pretty messy.. thought I would try and minimize the surrounding area to put focus on the dresser. And thanks.
The tops are routed and sanded with a first coat of Tung Oil. I'm removing the hardware tonight and finishing the drawers and a second coat on the tops. Hopefully by this weekend I'll be done - then onto the entertainement center.
It's done.. whew. I only have to put a couple coats of wax on the tops to protect them. You can see a picture in the album.. or go here

I also noticed that I didn't post the matching crib to the dresser - it's up there now too.
