Finishing basement -- Insulation or no?

I'm in the process of finishing my basement and would like to know if it's worth instualting the ceiling or not for sound. I'm using resilient channel with 5/8 drywall because I would like to keep sound transfer to a minimum, however, I also know it's beneficial to leave it uninsulated to help with heating(the floor above).

I am currently planning on using R20 in the ceiling with the resilient channel and 5/8 drywall, but would like to hear other opnions on it. I can't imagine the heat idea outweighing the sound proofing, but what do i know.
