Exterior Stucco Painting Cost

I have a guy that needs 4 apartment buildings, 3 stories tall, a total of about 16000sf of surface to be painted. The exterior will be new stucco of medium texture that has to be primed and painted.

Anyone out there able to give me a ballpark figure for the job incl. all materials etc, maybe the going rate per square foot for such work? The job is in central Florida.
