I am using a precast wall system that require no steam wall footings on the perimiter, but on the inside support walls I have to dig footings.
the planes i have show me useing steel post with some footings 3'x3'x10.5" and others at 2'x2'x10.5" I have decided to go with a frame support wall with lumber, So my question is can i just dig one footing the entire length of wall if so what size of footings.

Yes I would say you could go with one continuous footing. Typically for stemwalls it is half the distance of the wall that you will have to overhang on each side which in my opinion would not be practical for you. A trench footing should be used that is somewhere around 10-12" deep and approximately 12-16" wide. This of course depends on what weight the wall has on it - if it's holding up a concrete floor ( ) You'll want something pretty substantial. If it's holding up a second floor the size described above would be more than enough.
This of course all assumes I understand what you're trying to do :D
