Usergroups

I've added an Experts usergroup (viewable by clicking Usergroups above) to give recognition to some of the more knowledgeable posters on the site. I wish I could give out some sort of gift but I didn't get it approved in this years budget - sorry :)
I'll see what I can do for next year. I appreciate your knowledge in construction and for making this a better site because of it.
