Steps in Garage/House

What do most builders use for steps from garage into house? Concrete or wood steps? I got a quote of $300 for concrete (3) steps. I'm sure this can can be done cheaper using wood. Just wondering what is common. Thanks.

I've seen both. I prefer concrete myself.

Either will work fine.

I prefer concrete also, but wood can be built for cheaper.

And brick looks best.

With any luck the steps were taken into consideration in the house design. I run into way too many where steps are needed and no one thought of the space required beforehand.
