What is typical pricing for millwork installation?

Hey all,

I know this is an impossible question, but, what is the going rate for millwork installation? Ball park? Range? SF price?
Seattle / Tacoma area.

Say for example, a builders entry level product (~1800 - 2000sf), minimal cabinets, 10-12 interior doors, base and maybe a few window sills.

What have you paid or what do you charge?

well mikeb, it really all depends on what exactly your doing as far as trim. Are you using pre-hung units for your doors or slabs? How fancy are you talkin about with your window treatments? basic picture frame or more high-end look with maybe a small shelf on the top sill? all in all it really does matter what look your going for. Are you buying pre-fab'd cabinets ? I usually custom build mine from #2 shelf-board everything from the styles to the rails and the panels out of lauan plywood which actually comes out to be cheaper to build and looks amazing. Good luck
