Special olympics

An Italian, Irishmen and a Polack went to the summer Olympics one year, but didn't have tickets to get in. The three stood outside the gate for a while contemplating on how to get into the Olympics, when suddenly the Italian runs across the street to a construction site, shortly returning with a long pole on his shoulder. He approachs the Olympics admissions gate, "Italy ... pole vault", and they let him in! Seeing this, the Irishmen visits the construction site, returning with a small circular scrap of wood. With this in hand he approaches the gates, ... "Ireland ... discus", and they let him in! Not to be out done, the Polish fellow sets off across the street to the same construction site. Moments later he returns to the Olympic admissions gate with a role of "chain link" on his shoulder, ..."Poland ... fencing".:grin:
