Well, Insted of keeping on spending hundreds of dollars on inspections I'd figure i would give this forum some pictures and problems that I recognize from general contruction.

The biggest issue in this house is the 1st floor living room there is a lump in the middle outside wall. You can see the stand with tv leaning. The foundation looks good, and so do the joyce's...

Wondering your oppinion.
Also, all the pipes, sewer all look very shady... any reccomendations?

The pictures show the room I am talking about, the basement, and its assortment of odd, crap job things, and the outside wall that is suspect to the inside lump.. The rest of the house seems very sturdy, even standing on the lump there is no creeks or anything of that sort..

Nothing beats looking at the actual home.

The cheapest thing you can do is get a professional opinon before you are commoitted. - Especially if you smell a structural problem.
