What type of water heater is best

I'm remodeling an older home and am replacing plumbing and boiler. I'd like members opinions on demand electric hot water heaters vs. tankless furnace type. I will be using an oil fired furnace for hotwater baseboard either way. I live in northern new jersey.

We've had excellent results with the Rinnai tankless on demand water heaters.
