ICF Advice Needed

Per a previous thread, I've researched about 5 types of ICF. But it's tough to get real details from web sites. I've contacted a local builder who uses a certain type exclusively, but would like to know if there is a type that anyone would warn me away from or a type that is particularly good. The project is a multipurpose shed at my lake house in southern Indiana. Thanks.

I like Superform myself. http://www.superformproducts.com/
It has solved many of the problems that I have with Amvic and QuadLock. It's 12" tall, it has a T block, it has a full height corner tie, etc.

Look at the Reward System site.

The site is very good and there mare many details, technical information, etc. that you can print out. They are one of the few ICF producers that are a cut above those that also make meat trays for Walmart as their main business.

I haven't seen a better system.
