Help with Glass Block question

I have a small wall to build with glass block. What is the appropriate method or tools used to cut glass block, if any cuts are required? This is a very small home project. 3 courses high and about 10 feet long.

They can't be cut, I think there are special sizes and shapes available, just modify your lay out accordingly.
