Downdraft range vent

Hello, I need help regarding a trim out method for the exterior outlet for a downdraft range vent.

What we did was place 6" Schedule 40 pvc through the slab to serve as the vent. I had a plan for the trim until someone cut the pipe flush with the slab oneday. Now I have a 6" hole in the side of a slab and I am looking for someway to dress it up. I have looked for a male 6" pvc fitting but I can't seem to find any.

Any ideas?

Go to a Broan exhaust fan dealer and look at the termination caps for exhaust fans and broan's HRV. I think they have 6"
