Pressure Treated Lumber (Playground)

Is there a simple solution to eliminate the health hazard associated with pressure treated playground equipment. Would it be ok to paint over it or would you tear it down and rebuild? If it can be sealed in with a paint or stain what would you recommend?

There is no health hazard... never was. That was the media having a party with the public at the public's expense.

If it is aged in place then the CCA is fixed within the wood. If it is new then it is ACQ, more corrosive to fasteners but not a health risk either.

You may paint it if you wish.
