I rec'd some quotes for doing a vinyl railing on my front porch and the cost for me to do it myself is ridiculous so I'm looking at alternatives now. One thought that I did think of is doing a concrete block wall about 3 feet high around my porch and then stuccoing over it. However, I've never done stucco over concrete block. Is it durable? How difficult is it to work with?
