I ripped up the carpet and padding and found some lenghty (some over 10') cracks, between 1/16 and 1/8". They're pretty straight, varying no more than 3" from centerline.
Should I be concerned? Grade is flat.
Thanks,
Mike
Concrete is kind of like bullriding - it's not If it's going to crack (get hurt) - it's when and how bad.
I would say you could patch fairly easily with tamspatch or some plasticized flow fill. Heavy Duty caulk would probably do just as well also.
Nothing to be too concerned about unless you can track the movement in the slab over a length of time and they are steadily getting wider.
