My question is that I have decided to add on to a 860sq ft home. I want to a master bd/ba as a 2nd floor. Maybe about 20x24. I live in Washington state, and I am wondering what expense I am looking at. I am not getting a loan, and trying to determine how much of my savings i need. Is it possible at all to do this on a budget on $10-12k.. please stop laughing now
I believe that it is a slab foundation. If it isn't, my husband says that we can just reinforce the existing foundation to build a 2nd story.... I am so worried about everything... so please tell me you have stopped laughing and have some awesome advise for me. :)
