Hello, not sure if I am posting this in the right thread or not.Need a little advice....I bought my home about 10 yrs ago and it was a handy man project from the get go.I wanted to put new siding on my home, after tearing into one of the wall I found that I was in trouble. This home has a concrete slab floor, the exterior walls are setting on the dirt(yes,on the dirt ground) all the way around the house. The floor was poured up to the inside walls but not under the walls.
My question is how do I go about fixing this problem or best way to fix...dig footing? Any idea of cost?Any suggestions welcome.:-?:-?
