Hi,i'am about to pour my first footing what should i prepair my 2by 10 and my keyway with so that the concrete won't stick to them thanks Richard Griggs

I've never worried about the 2x10 formwork sticking to the concrete. The longer you wait to strip the worse you will be - but I usually strip within a day or 2 at most - so I've never had a problem with it.
For the keyway you can grease it or use some type of wrap (reynolds wrap?). I've used 2" rigid foam for keyways before - it works really good.
