Hi Guys, I getting ready to frame a basement and there is a small crack from floor to ceiling in the foundation wall. The wall is about 12 yrs old and the crack has never leaked. I'm wondering if I should chip a v-shaped groove in the crack and fill it with a sealer, or leave it alone because disturbing it may make it worse. If I do chip it ...how deep and what should I fill with ? Thanks, Jack
