Finishing a basement...

I am considering finishing my basement and I was wondering if people prefer to use powder actuated guns for nailing the baseboards to the concrete or Tapcons? (Not really sure if that is how you spell it.)

Both methods are acceptable. The biggest difference being time of installation. Hilti guns put it down pretty fast while tapcons need to be drilled and then the tapcons screwed in. The choice is really up to you.
By baseboard I assume you are talking about sill plates.
