Framing a garage

I was wondering what would be the best way to frame up my garage walls. Here is my dilemma. The sill plates for the garage(unattached) also serve as the bottom plates for the walls (1 pressure treated2x4). Should I construct my walls and then set them on my anchors, or should I set the sill plates and frame vertically?

I would frame the walls and then set them on the anchor bolts. One suggestion that you've probably already thought about is to lay out the sill plates and drill the holes for the anchor bolts before starting the framing of the walls. I believe that's what you were alluding to anyway by framing the walls and then setting them.
