Hello guys:

I moved into my new home and recently had a asphalt driveway finished a few weeks ago and now I’m needing a front and back sidewalk. My question is, Will there be a problem where the concrete and asphalt meet? Also, at the corner of my house and where the sidewalk will begin it’s probably 16” from the top of the asphalt to the ground and sloped at an angle. It’s where the asphalt people covered the sides coming down at a 45% slope. What should I do about that? I really appreciate all the help, as I’m new to this.

You should have a sharp edge on the asphalt to pour concrete against. If you don't the concrete will be thinner at that junction and will eventually crack off.
Where you've got the sloping sides on the asphalt - you should cut out the area that the sidewalk will go. Or, at a minimum, square up enough of it to get a minimum of 4" of concrete. Although I don't recommend placing concrete over asphalt.
FWIW, the best way is to place concrete first then the asphalt.
