hi, i'm trying to find a architect plan for a garage. Nothing fancy, just a diagram of garage and its' foundation. here's the description:

2-car garage
22'x22' with concrete block wall 8"x8"x16" to roof height 15'
9'x16' garage door and 1 side entere door

can anyone help?

What you describe is a non-standard garage, so the best place to look for plans for it would be a local architect. For one thing, I'm not sure 8-inch block walls are sufficient for a 15-foot height.

ok thanks.. well the walls were going to be 10' high and from there to top roof would be 15"

Oh, so the walls would be 10 feet high and unsupported at the top? That might be even worse.

The specifications you're indicating here isn't going to work structurally. You need to get some advice or find a local architect to draw up a plan for you. You're headed straight for disaster my friend.

You'll need an Architect to sign and seal permit drawings. Might as well talk to one now. Where are you located?

Hmmm, actually in most locations one would not need a stamped drawing for this. Might be a good idea but the building dept can inform you whether or not it is a necessity.
