Sea sand in concrete/masonry in home foundation

Due to the masonry above, the pier would be hard to remove (especially since the grade beams are so damaged), anyone have an idea of how to create a fix in this situation?

All I can think of is enlarging the footing around and drilling through the pier and enlarging the entire column with a large enough lip to rebuild the grade beams as well.

Would be more than happy to discuss the problem but need more specifics.
Assume the fundamental problem is with the foundation and you need to suppport the structure during repairs.
