add 2 zero's if its $100/sq foot, $190,700 (1907 X $100). I haven't built for that sq foot price in some time, but this looks like a simple Hall and Parlor or I house design.
Is that your blog? I think I saw where you had a builder? It would not be appropriate for us to bid on so little info or for you to try to shop based on an off the cuff internet estimate, good way to get burned or pith off a good builder. That estimate is probably within $200,000 one way or the other. The best way is to let several contractors bid the job. I rarely take the low bidder, definitely don't take a bid that is well below the average range, that is an unqualified bidder. Price is only one consideration. Ask for and call refs, go look at some work, talk and make sure you are on the same page and can work together.

Depending on your desires and skill level, the local inspectors and a million other considerations, I've done the heavy lifting on a number of houses and left the finish up for the homeowners. You can call in a framer to do the basic shell and then sub out the rest or do what you are capable of. This is a potential of some savings and gets a good solid structure to work from. There is also GREAT potential for a mess, weigh your options realistically and carefully. We did one over the winter and I really had to go push him hard to get a roofer up there to protect my work, I'm not sure it will ever get finished. Part of my job is also the unpleasant task of telling someone it won't work and I don't want to be the one to leave them stranded. That's where I see you right now, but that thing on your shoulders is capable of some amazing things :)
