Framing contract...

I am GC'ing the construction of my own home and was wondering what I should have framers include on the quote. Basically I want it weather tight when they're done, so obviously windows/doors/roof/tyvec'd. Some other things I thought of are the attic hatch/deck ledger board/strapping, anything else you think I should specify? Thanks.

Their contract should make reference to your architect's drawings and specifications, and should include everything that is shown on or required by those documents.
