Partition wall and steel i-beam request

Greetings all,
I am trying to build a partition wall in my basement and right were I want to place my wall is a steel I-beam. Is there a standard way to attach a wall to an I-beam? There is not much more around to attach my wall to - I also want to rough in a door in the same location. Thanks for any advice in advance.

You can bolt through the bottom flange of the beam through the top plates. You can shoot hilto anchors (rated for steel penetration) through the top plate into the bottom flange. I've even glued them with PL400.
