19.2" roof truss spacing ?

Are roof trusses ever spaced 19.2" instead of the common 24" spacing ?
If so, what might be the reason for doing so ?

Five 19.2-inch spaces make 96 inches, or 8 feet. At 16-inch spacing it would take 6 spaces; at 24-inch spacing, 4 spaces. It's kind of a compromise between 16 and 24 inch spacing which is still modular in terms of an 8-foot panel of sheathing and wallboard.

If you look on Stanley tape measures there are little diamonds every 19.2 inches for that kind of layout.
