Looking For Vinyl Lattice Screen Wall

I have spent two days of life now looking for this product. The situation is the project i'm working on has a 10 ft tall cooling tower right next to the back deck of this country club in NY. The owner would like us to hide it in some why. Our VP suggested we use vinyl lattice in a square pattern. I than set out and can't find anything durable enough out on the market. Can anyone please point me in a direction of a manufacture that makes it. It would even be great if there was a product that came with the wall pre - assembled.
