It is very simple -

How long do you think it will take?

How much per hour do you need for your labor, tools, insurance and travel/truck. Make sure you include the come-back time estimated for finishing and corrections.

Multiply the hours by the hourly rate you need and then add in the profit and incidentals.

If you buy the materials, add a mark-up for pick-up, returns and improper materials.

If you are a contractor, what do you need to put away for future errors and profit.
