I have 90 Acres one hour south of Atlanta, GA I will trade this land for the supplies and labor necessary to build a 2000 sq. ft house on my own land. Does anyone know any builders?

I have to wonder what kind of land this is that 90 acres is the equivalent value of a moderately sized house.
