We know with the rise in fuel costs and disposal fees in this area that saving a few dollars here and there can make all the difference. Well we here at Roy’s Recycling Inc want your new construction drywall scraps and we think we can save you some money.
Roy's Recycling, Inc. a central Indiana company dedicated to helping farmers obtain materials that will help them improve their soil while doing its part to protect the environment.
The objective of this company is to recycle the gypsum drywall that is currently going to landfills into an agricultural soil amendment.
We at Roy's Recycling hope that our company will help create business opportunities, save money for builders, contractors, home renovators and help local governments meet their goal of reducing the burden on our landfills, specifically by reducing the burden generated by drywall waste.
You can bring your scrapes to our location or contact us about our pick-up service.
We will be charging just $35.00 per ton to receive your clean (that means no trash of any kind except the nails that are stuck to the board) new construction (remodel work and tear outs have paint on them which can not be recycled at this time) drywall scraps. This means you’ll have to bag up your sweepings and dispose of them separately. We will have an on site dumpster for this which will carry an additional charge. Or you can dispose of it elsewhere at your connivance.
Loads of drywall will be inspected upon arrival at the processing site. Those loads containing unacceptable waste will not be accepted.
Drywall comprises about 15 percent of the waste stream and weighs about one pound per square foot of living space so if you are building green or considering it don't miss this opportunity to take advantage of this service.
