What is the best way to prevent water dripping from upper deck to lower deck? This is my front porch and there is currently no protection from rain.

There are some vinyl or metal rain catchers that attach to the joists of the deck and divert the water into a sump. Can't for the life of me think of the mfg name though.

Retractable awning would work great there.
