I have current situation with my yard. There are two areas of the yard in which i want to raise. One area is along my home and the other is along side my property line where there is a drop off of about 1 foot which was a slight retaining wall made of cinder blocks. I do not want to raise the drop off, i want to raise the other side. My question is how does one go about raising those areas and with what should I use in order to raise them.
