We are in the process of buying raw land in order to build a house on it one day. We learned already a lot by reading other threads, but still have some questions.
The r. e. guy, who is the sellers agent showed us the property we really like, and now we are wondering if we actually need a buyers agent. What does this person add to the process?
How does the whole buying process work in general? At what point should our lawyer get involved? Are there any extra fees we have to expect, other than for a loan?
We got educated on: septic system/ soil test, access, electricity, well drilling, neighborhood situation... Is there anything major we are not thinking of?
