A/C Filter Return replacement

One of my filter returns is a 12 x 12 in the ceiling.

It is held in the ceiling by two screws.

The filter is accessible by dropping down the return cover by rotating two white plastic latches.

It's defective and needs replaced. It makes a god awful vibrating noise when the a/c is running.

Any ideas as to where I can pick up another? The big box stores don't carry them.

Thanks, I've had a lot of problems with it after moving, and am thinking about changing hosting companies. The site still is not right.
