Home facelift, anything that will show me how it will look?

I have a brick ranch house. Brown brick, white trim, black shingles.

Just wondered is there anywhere that I can send an existing photo of my house on the computer,and they can show me what it will look like with the shingles and trim colors I'm wanting to use?
