I just wanted to thank the moderators for keeping this forum running smoothly. I'll throw out a thank you to the frequent posters as well, and for providing good solid advice.
I honestly haven't had much time to keep up with the posts and moderating - I'm currently running my business (finishing up 2 projects) and running/helping with 3 projects for a commercial contractor that offered me a job that I couldn't refuse about 2 months ago. Throw personal life on top of that and I can't find much time to do much else than work.
So thank you to everyone.
