After seeing a "column form insert" example in a book at the hardware store, I asked the clerks where I could find such a thing, and they had no clue. So I searched online and found that these kinds of things are usually called "form liners"; they are used to give concrete a given surface relief, although the examples given for them are always on a flat surface, such as a wall.

I'd like to find out if there are form liners made for tube forms (12ft) that will add a pattern or texture to the formed pillar without leaving a seam line.

Any ideas?

I emailed the makers of Symons form liners, and got information from them on this issue. It is possible to roll liners with narrow patterns inside a form. Thanks for reading.
