prefabricated house on a floodplain risk assessment

Hello everybody.
I am a civil and structural engineering student and as a part of my project I have to do a risk assessment of a prefabricated house on a floodplain.
Unfortunately I struggle with this topic and thats is why I am asking for help.
Could anybody post some specific suggestions?
